All of our cakes are made from non-genetically modified raw materials.

In order to become certified one has to meet food quality and safety requirements that are inspected during announced and unannounced audits. Therefore, our production facilities have to uphold the highest standards at all times and our employees must be able to demonstrate their extensive knowledge of the production process.
